When you create an account, we collect your full name, date of birth, email address, username, password (stored in encrypted form), country of residence and, where required, your city (such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar).
To comply with AML obligations and age verification requirements, we may collect copies of government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address documents, selfie photographs and liveness verification data.
We collect records of your deposits, withdrawals, transaction amounts in PKR or other currencies, payment method references and transaction history. You must submit KYC documents only through eb777's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send copies of your CNIC, passport or other sensitive documents via email, SMS, social media or any unencrypted channel. eb777 will never request such documents through informal channels.
When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal, eb777 collects and retains transactional records including transaction amounts, timestamps, payment method identifiers and transaction status. For security reasons, eb777 does not store full payment card numbers. Card data is handled by our contracted payment processor in accordance with applicable payment security standards.
Transaction records in PKR or other currencies are retained as required by applicable AML record-keeping regulations, which may mandate retention for up to five years or longer depending on the jurisdiction. These records may be subject to regulatory audit.
